When I use my microwave, my plate or cup get really hot, I can not touch them. Sometimes I almost burn my fingers. I wish there were a way I would not risk burning my fingers when taking my food out of the microwave. : |

You must use plates that are microwave suitable. Not all plates and cups get hot in the microwave, I have noticed there is a big difference. When you buy plates/cups you have to see that they are microwave proof. Lion |

BUT...BUT...BUT! when the water in fluids and food heats up, the disipated heat from both will heat up any ceramic plate or cup. It is called heat conductance. Use non heat conductive plastics like the specialy made Tupperware micro oven dishes. Greets, ZER07 |
